That dirty New York Times

There's just nothing I can add to make this sound any dirtier than it already does:

Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, urged his people to ensure calm for Israel's pullout from Gaza, saying a smooth Israeli withdrawal would bolster the image of Palestinians in the world and hasten the coming of an independent Palestinian state.

Damn, I want a job at the NYT more than ever now. I am in awe of those people.

    Stoopid spammers.
Maybe you should switch to Haloscan comments.
Then you can have trackbacks, too!

PS - This is NOT spam for Haloscan!
Haloscan is free, and I don't have any connection to them, other than through Haliburton, and Blood-for-Oil, Inc.

But that just goes w/being a Repugnican! :)

I have been getting spam as well. I don't like haloscan, sometimes it takes a long time to load. Sometimes it doesn't.

I've recently started getting spam comments to. My fix-it was to disallow anonymous comments. I know, not what other people might want to do, but I am not very techy, so making the move to Haloscan might be a bit too tricky for me.

CUG--If I switch to HaloScan, will my old comments still remain the way they are? I'd like to have trackbacks, but I don't want to mess anything up...
